PC with Windows XP or Vista
Windows Media Player 9 or greater
Current internet connection
Mac and Linux are not “officially” supported however, video access using Bootcamp to run Windows appears to 
work during testing. The Media Player on initial attempt will likely require an upgrade (which you must perform) and then may prompt for a security upgrade (which you must also perform). The Bootcamp Windows should then play flawlessly. (Your Bootcamp Windows must meet the requirements listed above)
If you possess current FP-C certification and wish to renew your certification, you can meet the “approved FP-C refresher” requirement by completing our course, the ACE Prep Course. To receive the FP-C Refresher Certificate, you must watch all video episodes and complete all CE Quizzes, then email us requesting your “Refresher Certificate”. A single cumulative Refresher Certificate will be issued to you for submission to the BCCTPC upon your FP-C renewal request.
